While rates of divorce, suicide, abuse, violence, pornography, depression, substance and behavioral addictions are rising and creating a domino effect in our generations, we firmly believe that these destructive behaviors have their origins from the deep wounds that we carry out from our conception through our adulthood. Unbroken Generations is a non-profit faith-based organization dedicated to uncover, transform, and root out destructive and dysfunctional behaviors of individuals and therefore, to enhance their emotional lives through the use of restoration programs, counseling and workshops.

The common denominator in this society are the dysfunctional families repeating the same patterns over generations. Self-awareness, education and a safe supportive environment where honesty, respect and grace are given, is fundamental to change the course of each individual’s story and allow their generations to write an improved one.

Emotional health is a critical part of our well-being. People who are emotionally healthy are in control of their thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. They are able to cope with life’s challenges. They feel good about themselves and have good relationships. Being emotionally healthy means you are aware of your emotions.

You can deal with them, whether they are positive or negative. Emotionally healthy people still feel stress, anger, and sadness. But they know how to manage their negative feelings. Research shows that emotional health is a skill. We lead from a foundation built on supporting prevention and empowerment of individuals to improve emotional health, freedom and joy across all generations.
